When hungry, go for a soup!
Eating liquids is a great way to lose weight. Not only they have little calories, but they will keep you full for longer and they will not transform in fat.
If you can, you can try an all-liquid detox diet, where in the morning you go for a smoothie, and for lunch and dinner you eat a soup.
If liquids are too hard to eat all day long, try a creamy-mushroom soup, and add some croutons to give you the impression you are eating solid food.
It’s not that hard, it’s only for a week!
