4.Avoid Eating (A Heavy) Dinner

You know what they say, in the morning you have to eat as a king, at lunch as a prince, and at dinner as a peasant.

So I think it’s time to respect this saying, by either not eating dinner at all, or eating something really light, as a salad or a soup.

Salads are fully recommended when keeping a diet, so try to eat as much vegetables as you can, but remember, don’t add all those high-caloric dressings, because it will ruin the whole point of eating a salad.

Dinner is supposed to be something light, that will not keep you full for a long time, and that will not put your metabolism to a lot of work.

Your body knows when night time comes, and it will slower its activity, so all that dinner that you are eating will be transformed in fat.

Try to skip dinner or go for something low in calories, and more importantly, don’t eat anything after 7 p.m., or at least 3 hours before going to sleep.

You need to feel a bit hungry when you go to sleep, and take our advice, your stomach will be flat and sexy in the morning!
