The youngest Baldwin brother seems to have declared bankruptcy in 2009. He had more than $2 million in debt, including $70.000 in credit card bills.
In 2010 he filed a $3.8 million lawsuit against actor Kevin Costner, but the jury sided with Costner.
In 2012 he was arrested due to state income tax evasion, and in 2013 he plead guilty to failing to file income taxes for the years 2008, 2009 and 2010, owing more than $350.000.
He was in danger of going to jail if he didn’t pay the money back.
