Nicolas Cage is on our list of celebrities with the worst money problems.
In 2009 Cage was one of the highest-paid actors in Hollywood, but it seems like he is a big spender. The actor faced foreclosure on several properties and the IRS forced him to pay a $6.2 million tax lien in 2009.
Cage then sued his money manager, claiming negligence and fraud, but he was later accused for spending $33 million on nothing but luxury and vintage cars, yachts, 15 homes around the world including 2 European castles, and jewellery as well. Well, Wow. The lawsuits have not been settled, and Nicolas is trying to unload several properties, including a chalet in Aspen, and an entire island in the Bahamas.
It seems like Nicolas loves luxury a little too much.
