Her fitness plan is developed by celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak who also trains her best friend Katy Perry, as well as Megan Fox and Lady Gaga. Pasternak says that Rihanna workouts 3 days a week for 25 minutes, when on a tour. When Rihanna is home, she increases her workout to 5 days a week and does cardio as well for at least 30 minutes.

Ary Nunez, her other trainer says that: “We train when she’s ready. Even if we’re on the road and it’s 2a.m., I’m on call 24/7 with her.”

So, even with a crazy schedule, she manages to find time to exercise. It’s important to adapt your workouts to changes and big events that are happening in your life.
