5. Rod Stewart – Model Trains
Who is this Rob Stewart? A quick search on Wikipedia revels that he is a British rock singer-songwriter.
The artist is part of our list because of his collection of model trains. He is so into it that the third floor of his home in Beverly Hills has been transformed into a massive model recreation of 1940s Chicago.
His collection is so big that includes train terminals, parks, warehouses and so on. Every time he got the chance he referred to his collection as “very zen”.
What is even crazier is the fact that he takes some of the trains on tour or builds some of the model elements himself.
Phil Collins, Family Ties actor Michael Gross, Frank Sinatra, Patrick Stewart, and Neil Young all had or have a passion for model trains.
