They are a source of healthy fats and vitamins, and make the perfect snack whenever you’re on the run.
If you are peanut butter fan, we are happy to announce you that it is not so unhealthy as it was thought. Similar to nuts, the peanut butter contains healthy fats and a lot of protein, being one of the best brain foods.
