You should know by know that avocado is an amazing food, high in antioxidants and fiber. Avocado is a fat-burning food, but don’t expect it to burn ALL those calories.
Even though the fruit is highly used in salads, mashed and spread on bread, or turned into guacamole, it’s better to know that avocado is also rich in mono-unsaturated fats.
The fats are good fats, healthy for the heart, but they are also bad for the body if you eat avocados too much, because, you guessed it, calories.
