8.Eggs
Another high caloric healthy foods are eggs.
A great source of protein, lutein, choline, vitamin D, and antioxidants, eggs are healthy, and myself, I just love them!
Scrambled, boiled, fried (with as little oil as you can), eggs are simply amazing! But it’s good to know that they might not be as diet-friendly as you think, when it comes to calories.
If you decide to make an omelet or scrambled eggs, don’t use too much oil and skip the cheesy toppings and other tempting foods. Keep it simple, and you’ll eat healthy.
Same goes for fried eggs. Dipping them in oil will make them as unhealthy as you can get, and why cook them like this when you can perfectly cook them without any oil?
100 grams of scrambled egg have:
- 148 calories
- 11 grams of fat
- 1.4 grams of sugar
